In the world of photography as it relates to rap culture, one of the primary names rolling off th tongues of the initiated is lens man B+.

Author (It's Not About a Salary...[Verso 1993]), documentarian and filmmaker, B+ has spent the last ten plus years honing his craft in the collective consciousness of the public through extensive magazine work, album covers (see: DJ Shadow "Entroducing" and most recently Mos Def's "Black on Both Sides") and music videos (DJ Shadow's), and on March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) New Image Art will celebrate the photography of this Irish native with a one man show dedicated to the photo as it tends towards music.
